What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop customer account plans, maintain relationships, and maximize business growth
- Deploy sales strategies, educate customers on service offers, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Present service value propositions through digital platforms and webinars
- Lead sales meetings with service partners to develop strategies and exceed sales quotas
- Handle inbound calls/emails, meet daily outbound sales goals, and develop cross‑selling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical engineering
- 0‑4 years of experience in virtual or outside sales
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Sales-oriented, results‑driven, organized, and resilient with strong interpersonal skills
