What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Organize work schedules to complement multiple time zones and cover various shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with SalesForce or another CRM system is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

  • Experience with faxing software such as MyFax or Right Fax
  • Technical vocational training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
