Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Attorney – Senior-Level
We’re seeking an accomplished attorney with a strong background in plaintiff-side employment litigation to join a well-respected firm.
- Active North Carolina Bar license (or eligibility to be waived – firm will support)
- 10+ years of employment litigation experience, with a proven trial record
- Deep knowledge of federal & state employment law, civil procedure, and evidence rules
- Strong negotiation, trial advocacy, and client communication skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to firm systems
- Committed to client service and achieving quality results
- No book of business required
- Remote flexibility – open to attorneys licensed in any state (NC preferred)
- No billable hour requirement – focus on results, not tracking time
- Meaningful work – exclusively on the plaintiff side of employment litigation
- A values-driven environment with emphasis on collaboration and client success
