We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders across an assigned client group. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on building strong business acumen and fostering trusted relationships with leadership teams.
As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with leaders to provide strategic HR guidance that drives organizational success. Acting as an advisor and liaison, you’ll help leaders navigate complex people challenges, align talent strategies with business objectives, and leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions. Your focus will be on delivering proactive solutions, identifying root causes, and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.
In this role, you will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to translate enterprise-wide programs into practical solutions for your client groups. You’ll ensure initiatives are effectively implemented and tailored to meet the unique needs of the business, fostering consistency and alignment across the organization and within the HRBP team.
A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) would be considered an asset.
