Lung Screening and Prevention Program (LSP) Navigator is responsible for the coordination, development, implementation, administration, evaluation, and delivery of the client navigation component of the LSP program. In collaboration with provincial health system partners, clinicians, and community partners, the Navigator acts as a clinical and health promotion resource, providing support, leadership, direction and education to promote the coordination and continuity of services in matters related to the LSP Program. This position reports to the Manager, Population Health.
