Job summary

A public health organization in Canada is looking for a Provincial Contracts Specialist, responsible for managing physician contracts and compensation policies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or related fields, along with 3-5 years of healthcare administration experience. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The position is full-time temporary with a start date in January 2026, based in Regina.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in health care administration in progressive positions.
  • Experience in contract management and/or working with Physicians is an asset.
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and development of physician contracts and compensation policy.
  • Provide expert research advice in support of recommendations.
  • Develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
