We are seeking an Entry-Level Remote Sales Representative who will be responsible for explaining to clients the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and associations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients virtually via Zoom and phone
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present benefit programs clearly and professionally
  • Accurately complete and maintain required documentation
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Prior customer service, tutoring, or client support experience is an asset
  • Strong verbal communication skills with patience and empathy
  • Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone
