HRBP: Employee & Labour Relations Specialist (Hospitality)
Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Ottawa is looking for an Employee & Labour Relations Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert HR consultation, foster a positive work environment, and work closely with management to resolve Team Member issues. Candidates should have 2+ years of Employee Relations experience and a Bachelor's degree. A passion for inclusivity and employee engagement is essential. This position offers a dynamic work atmosphere with the potential for travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated Employee & Labour Relations experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and coaching to management in interpreting HR policies.
- Conduct Team Member investigations for sensitive issues.
- Support performance management of team members.
