A leading financial services provider in Canada seeks a Regional Manager to join its Residential Mortgages Business Development team. The role involves originating residential mortgages, developing relationships with mortgage brokers, and providing sales support. CMLS Financial is expanding our Residential Mortgages Business Development team, and we are searching for an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial-minded Regional Manager to join our successful sales team in Ontario.
As a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in originating residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel in the Ottawa/Kingston & ON East region, joining a high-performing team of other Business Development Managers across Canada and receiving full support from our experienced Risk team, including underwriters and document specialists.
Reporting to the Vice President & Director, Residential Origination, Eastern Canada, this role will allow for full ownership of your territory’s volume objectives with a focus on driving revenue while maintaining deal quality and underwriting standards.
