Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated Employee & Labour Relations experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coaching to management in interpreting HR policies.
• Conduct Team Member investigations for sensitive issues.
• Support performance management of team members.
