A leading technology firm in Canada is seeking a Resident Engineer to provide advanced technical support for their optical transport and network management products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in technical support, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of DWDM and other technologies.

Reporting to the Director, Global Technical Support, you will serve as the Resident Engineer for a strategic customer based in Newbury, UK. You will be responsible for delivering advanced post-sales technical support across CIENA’s optical transport and network management product lines, including 6500, RLS, Waveserver, and MCP.
