Qualifications
- Experience in IT and networking with MSP or SMB support.
- Ability to troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and software issues.
- Deep understanding of virtualization and Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including computers and network.
- Support cloud infrastructure and provide remote assistance.
- Install and configure Windows servers and maintain documentation.
