Overview
Rizk Insurance Services in Calgary is currently seeking a Personal Lines Broker, to work from home on a full-time basis. A successful candidate will possess; superior customer service & time management skills, the ability to market and produce new personal lines business while consistently providing a high level of personalized service to existing clients. Previous Power Broker experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
Analyze client-specific risk exposure and make appropriate coverage recommendations
Quote and write new business while maintaining service levels for an existing book of business
Review renewals
Process endorsements
Upsell / Cross-Sell existing clients
Submit & Follow up on claims
Answer incoming calls
Experience and Skill Requirements
1-4 years of personal lines insurance experience
Level 1 or 2 license
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TBW as well as various company portals
Positive attitude / team player
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients.
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
Solid understanding of policy wordings / coverage’s
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Some commercial lines experience is preferred
