• Manage the entire closing process, from initial conversation to contract signing.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer objections.

• Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitive offerings to deliver value-driven pitches.

• Strong background in consultative selling or high-ticket sales closing.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and goal orientation.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment without supervision.

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales closing, preferably in remote or inside sales roles.

• Experience in high-ticket sales, B2B, or SaaS products will be an advantage.

• Flexible work schedule based on your availability and time zone.

• Must be available to meet client needs and attend scheduled meetings as required.

• In-depth understanding of the sales funnel and closing techniques.

• Knowledge of customer psychology and buying triggers.
