At Foley, a Customer Support Agent plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and providing detailed information about our products. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and relaying feedback to our product and management teams are essential. The role also involves managing complex or escalated issues collaboratively with other departments and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
This position offers a remote work option. Candidates residing in CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, and TX are encouraged to apply!
Pay: $18.25/hour, Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST (evening shifts required two evenings per week)
