HR Service Jobs is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets to support strategic business decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand data requirements.
Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze the causes of unexpected variance.
Prepare detailed documentation of data processes and findings.
Collaborate with developers and IT staff to enhance data pipelines and tools.
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
Internship or academic project experience in data-related roles will be considered for junior candidates.
Flexible hours with a requirement to attend virtual meetings during core team collaboration hours.
Full-time: 35–40 hours per week.
Part-time options available (minimum 20 hours/week).
Strong knowledge of data mining, cleaning, and reporting techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Good understanding of business operations and how data supports organizational goals.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
