Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects remotely, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including design, procurement, and contractor management.

• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, preparing cost estimates, and handling invoices.

• Perform regular site visits (when necessary) to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks.

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the project.

• Report project status and performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent organizational skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.

• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating projects across multiple locations.

• Experience in managing project budgets and timelines, as well as ensuring successful project delivery.

• Previous experience in Canadas construction market is an asset.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate remote work.

• Must be available to attend virtual meetings, client discussions, and site assessments (when required).

• Occasional travel within Canada for site visits and project assessments may be necessary.
