A local dining establishment in Canada seeks a culinary professional to enhance menu offerings by creating innovative recipes and leading kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of culinary experience and the ability to accommodate dietary restrictions. This position offers a competitive wage of $50.00 per hour for 40 hours a week.
Qualifications
- 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to prepare meals for special dietary needs.
Responsabilités
- Create new and innovative recipes for the menu.
- Instruct kitchen staff on food preparation techniques.
- Supervise kitchen personnel for efficient operations.
- Prepare and cook food for regular services and special events.
- Design and plan menus that meet quality standards.
Connaissances

• supervise cooks and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• prepare and cook food regularly, as well as for special events, VIP guests, or functions
• specialize in the preparation and cooking of signature dishes or specialty meals
• plan and design menus, ensuring all food meets quality, nutritional, and presentation standards
• prepare meals that accommodate customers with food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions
• train staff in proper methods of food preparation, cooking, and safe food handling procedures
