What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Fluency in both French and English, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Demonstrated experience in configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise-grade financial accounting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Holding an accounting designation is considered an asset
