IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a REMOTE SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER for our Quebec client – located anywhere in the Province.

Are you a highly organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage and expand an established client base while driving new business development across Quebec. You will work with end users, distributors, OEMs, and consulting firms, delivering solutions that help customers succeed.

This position is ideal for someone with a technical background in electric motors, industrial equipment, or automation sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Drive industrial sales with end users, OEMs, distributors, and consulting firms.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and consistently exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, technical support, and leadership to deliver client solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company objectives.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and pricing within established guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
  • Provide valuable market insights to support business strategy.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering OR 5+ years of experience in strategic sales/account management.
  • Proven success in electric motors, industrial controls, or automation equipment sales.
  • Strong background in client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (MS Dynamics preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
