• Configure, test, and validate financial reporting outputs across customer implementations
• Translate accounting and compliance requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting logic
• Support senior consultants and architects in designing scalable, audit‑ready models
• Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Document reporting logic, testing results, and key assumptions for audit support and internal QA

• 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, or compensation accounting
• CPA and strong understanding of core accounting principles with working knowledge of ASC 606
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report building
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

• MBA or equivalent accounting/finance education
• Experience with ICM/SPM platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or other financial systems
• Exposure to SQL or scripting for data validation and analysis
• Consulting or SaaS implementation experience
