What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze current requirements and implement new and improved business processes
- Facilitate communication with clients and manage multiple projects with various teams
- Create portal statistics to meet client requirements
- Provide clients with training on the employer's BI solutions
- Improve and implement Business Intelligence infrastructure requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience within the Utility Industry
- Familiarity with relational databases, BI Platforms (Business Objects, COGNOS, TM1, etc.), OLAP, and Data Warehousing
- Experience working in MS SQL and Oracle including SQL knowledge
