• Oversee the delivery of large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and strategic business goals

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum twelve (12) years of experience in project management or a directly related field, including minimum seven (7) years of program management experience OR minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in project management or a directly related field including minimum seven (7) years of program management experience
• Strong knowledge of Change Management, Negotiation, Applied Data Analysis, and Financial Acumen
• Proven ability in Project Management and Risk Assessment
• Capability in managing diverse relationships and conflict resolution

• Experience in healthcare-related program management
• Familiarity with project management tools and quality assurance processes
• Skills in strategic program management and business relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor team members
• Advanced knowledge of vendor management practices
