The Superintendent – Operations Transition & Assurance ensures the safe and effective operational transition of new assets and systems into steady-state operations.
The role provides leadership and oversight of readiness and assurance activities, confirming that people, processes, and infrastructure are prepared for operational deployment. Working across multiple functions, the Superintendent coordinates and influences engineering, operations, and asset management teams to deliver site readiness, asset readiness, and operational readiness prior to handover.
Leading a small, focused team, this role embeds assurance frameworks, validates preparedness, and mitigates risk during the transition to operations.
