Semper SolR is a fast-growing solar company helping Illinois homeowners reduce energy bills, increase home value, and take advantage of state-backed incentives. We’re building a high-performance team driven by integrity, results, and real customer impact.

We’re looking for motivated and confident Sales Associates who want to grow in one of the fastest-growing industries. As a Sales Associate, you will meet with homeowners, introduce them to our solar programs, and guide them through the early stages of the sales process.

No solar or sales experience is required; we train you.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with homeowners in person, build rapport, and answer questions
  • Present solar benefits, incentives, and program details
  • Assist in qualifying homeowners for solar consultations
  • Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth process
  • Attend training sessions to learn sales techniques and solar program basics
  • Maintain professionalism, consistency, and strong follow-up habits
