Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Assist visitors with information, admissions, and retail transactions.
  • Maintain presentation standards across public and staff areas.
  • Support guided tours, talks, events, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet visitor experience targets.
