MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about finance, data interpretation, and strategic business decision-making. You will support the senior finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and driving improvements in financial performance across departments.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to recommend improvement strategies.

• Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.

• Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data and ensure accuracy.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing process.

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Present financial information and trends to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• 0–2 years of experience in a financial analysis, accounting, or similar role.

• Internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours possible based on project needs)
