Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in contingent labour program office or with a contingent managed service provider.
• Strong knowledge of HR labour laws and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with senior leaders.

• Partner with suppliers to meet resourcing needs proactively.
