Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney.
• Experience with non-immigrant and immigrant filings.
• Experience working with Paralegals and/or Immigration Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support from kick-off to petition filing.
• Review submissions and responses prepared by specialists.
• Develop processes for additional product offerings.
