The ideal candidate possesses 8-10 years of experience in compensation, a post-secondary degree in finance or HR, and is proficient in job evaluation methodologies. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and requires strong communication and leadership skills. You will drive effective compensation programs and ensure internal equity while supporting career development through an extensive benefits package.
