The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse. Pay Range: $22.15 – 22.65/HR depending on shift time

Additional pay: Overtime pay

Schedule:8 hour shift; Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking tasks to prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within warehouse distribution.
• Proven experience operating in narrow aisles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Valid forklift licenses: Counter Balance, Raymond & Crown Reach, Order Picker, Dock Stocker and FALL ARREST – mandatory
