A leading insurance firm is seeking a Business Development, Account Manager to expand the High Net Worth business with brokers. This full-time position requires strong business development experience in property and casualty insurance, excellent relationship management, and proficiency in negotiation. The role offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary package, including performance-based bonuses and benefits, aimed at fostering team collaboration and growth.

Salary range (but not limited to): 94,200 - 115,200
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance): 12%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
We’re looking for a Business Development, Account Manager to join our growing Prestige team!
As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the High Net Worth business of designated brokers. You will play a key role in developing business to achieve Intact’s Prestige strategic goals, while maintaining excellent business relationships with the brokerage network.
This is a full‑time permanent role that can be based out of our Calgary, AB or Vancouver, BC office.
