Position Summary

We are looking for a Lead DevSecOps with 7 years of experience in DevSecOps practices specializing in the Microsoft ecosystem Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in security protocols CI / CD pipeline management and Azure infrastructure. They should be proficient in cross-functional collaboration incident response and performance monitoring with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in security and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do

• Create the DevSecOps team and build a new DevSecOps culture.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards using tools like Azure Security Center and SecurityScorecard.
• Manage and respond to client security questionnaires.
• Lead and mentor the DevSecOps team providing guidance on best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement proactive security measures to prevent incidents.
• Document all security protocols policies and procedures.
• Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate collaboration between development security and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead incident response efforts.
• Generate reports on security posture compliance status and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and select tools within the Microsoft ecosystem oversee Azure infrastructure and establish performance metrics using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Develop and maintain a security roadmap regularly reviewing and updating it.
• Stay updated with the latest DevSecOps trends tools and best practices incorporating them into the organizations processes.

How We Work

This role requires two in-office days per week with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
