A community service organization in Hamilton seeks a dedicated coordinator for their Pre-Apprenticeship Program aimed at empowering women, trans, and non-binary participants. This role involves planning and implementing training workshops, recruiting participants, and facilitating partnerships with employers. Develops, coordinates and promotes the Pre‑Apprenticeship Program for women, trans and non‑binary participants; a program that provides the tools and skills needed for participants to succeed in a non‑traditional occupation – the skilled trades.
Works a standard 37.5-hour work week;
Some limited travel (less than 25%).
