Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality construction outcomes.

Duties
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing construction estimates and budgets using estimating tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly on project status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals to maintain organized project records.
  • Support project managers in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project timelines efficiently.
Experience
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Experience with construction estimating processes and software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and heavy civil projects is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex schedules.
