Immigration Paralegal - Senior Level
We are a busy and rapidly expanding immigration law firm representing clients in asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, appeals, VAWA, and business immigration cases.
As our caseload continues to grow, we are hiring for multiple full-time positions. We welcome experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about immigration law and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
With a current full-time staff of 25 employees, we are hiring for the following positions:
- Immigration Paralegal (Asylum & Removal Defense)
- Immigration Detention Center Paralegal
- Appeals Paralegal (BIA & Federal)
- VAWA Paralegal
- Business Immigration Paralegal (O1, EB1, E2, etc. cases)
- Marriage-Based Immigration Paralegal
- Immigration Compliance Paralegal
- At least one full year of immigration paralegal experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Available full-time.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Compassionate and professional communication with clients.
