A leading financial services company in Waterloo is seeking an Analyst to support the operational control framework within their Lending business lines. The role involves executing compliance activities, identifying operational risks, and preparing control testing reports. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary range between $68,775.00 CAD and $114,625.00 CAD.
The Analyst, Business Line Controls supports the operational control framework within the Residential Lending (RESL), Retail Products or Specialized Lending business line. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution of control activities, identifying and reporting operational risks, and supporting compliance with internal policies and external regulations. As part of the Strategy, Governance and Controls team, the Analyst contributes to the effectiveness of Manulife Bank’s first line of defense by maintaining accurate documentation, performing control testing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
