Responsibilities
  • Perform and assist Line Technicians with set‑ups/equipment changeovers for filling, assembly, and process equipment.
  • Troubleshoot drive mechanisms, including motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and bearings.
  • Perform basic set‑ups/changeovers for packaging and process equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and breakdown analysis on equipment.
  • Address major equipment failure modes and train operators on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of machine tools and hand tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
