Job Duties:

• Monitoring the company's profitability.
• Preparing and presenting annual reports.
• Reviewing company cash flow.
• Establishing an overarching yet flexible company policy for employees.
• Advising and managing executives in their planning and decision-making.
• Overseeing budgets and ensuring proper funding when important resources are required.
• Monitoring, and making necessary changes to, financial and accounting activities to safeguard corporate finances and assets.
• Establishing a company dividend policy.
• Declaring dividends and payouts.
• Leading crisis management efforts.
• Protecting the interests of shareholders.
• Scheduling and leading board meetings.
• Establishing agendas for board meetings.
• Handling conflicts of interest among directors on the board of directors.

Terms of Employment: Permanent and full-time.

The Language of Work: English.

Wage: $59.84 per hour.

Skills Requirements:

Required Education:

• A university degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce, medical science, or another relevant field.
• A graduate degree would be an asset but is not required.

Required Work Experience and Skills:

• Substantial work experience as a manager.
• Strong research skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Capable of handling stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be patient, dependable, enthusiastic, and well organized.
• Shall not have any criminal record, especially no financial crimes.
• Ability to speak and understand Farsi would be an asset but is not required.
• Experience working at a start-up company would be an asset but is not required.
• Must become a shareholder.
