What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in the design, development, and enhancement of insurance and financial products
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and implement business solutions
- Conduct functional integration testing and prepare test plans for acceptance testing
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting production issues, and enhancing client experience
- Facilitate change management and create/maintain system procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of Ingenium and Life Insurance experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Ingenium architecture and development
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience working within an Agile environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various Ingenium versions
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix, and AIX operating systems
- Proficiency in one or more software languages with strong programming skills
- Experience across the entire Ingenium project lifecycle
- Pathfinder experience at a subject matter expert or functional level
