About this role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems and Analytics team. You will build strong relationships with business partners, set priorities for a cross‑functional team, and ensure that technology products meet user needs.
The role requires deep experience with product strategy and delivery, stakeholder management, and collaboration across the enterprise. You will be the primary point of contact for systems customers in Production, Manufacturing and Materials Management, and will oversee scalable platform tools for CBS.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your Product Strategy and Roadmap Development expertise
- Define the strategic vision and own the product roadmap for the integrated supply chain product.
- Drive innovation and end‑to‑end launch of product(s).
- Facilitate the relationship with the end customer and business leadership owners, bringing the voice and priorities of the customer to the forefront.
Using your superior Backlog Management and Prioritization skills
- Develop scope and define backlog items and priorities that guide the agile software development team.
- Manage backlog of defects and design and technical debt to ensure a sustainable, high level of customer experience.
- Prioritize feature delivery and review and reprioritize the team backlog before iteration planning sessions.
Drawing on your Product Solution and Delivery skills
- Actively participate in design solution thinking.
- Identify features to be delivered and oversee product development from a business and customer need perspective.
- Ensure the solution solves the business problem and meets the customer needs, evaluating product progress at each iteration.
- Identify ways to continually improve on delivery and product quality standards.
- Identify ways to improve processes so they are lean and efficient while meeting business delivery requirements in line with backlog.

Desired Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems or product management.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience with SAP S/4HANA and relevant modules or equivalent ERP systems and interoperability.
- 4–5 years’ experience in product management and/or product development.
- 7–10 years’ experience working in business areas with a strong IT or systems focus.
- Hands‑on experience with business requirement design and solution development management.
- Understanding of best‑practice supply chain practices in ERP and product management.
- Experience in retail planning systems, customer service technology or other customer‑facing environments is an asset.
- APICS/CPIM and lean manufacturing concepts is an asset.
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to influence behaviour and manage change.
- Excellent team building, coaching, and leadership skills; proven ability to build trust and relationships.
