Reporting to the Senior Lead, Environment, the Lead, Reclamation is responsible for the planning and execution of reclamation and engineering projects at our Cardinal River mine. This role will also be responsible for embedding continuous improvement by utilizing and adapting best practices and moving those practices forward.
To be successful, we require someone who can multitask, stay organized, and support multiple scopes within a fast‑paced team environment. The successful individual is self‑motivated and possesses strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. This role involves collaborating with contractors and stakeholders on safety initiatives and programs, thus a flexible attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and enhance reclamation planning and execution. You will work on an exciting and dynamic team, collaborating with site departments and EVR central teams.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
