Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Consultant, Business Innovation to help advance the Connected Retail Roadmap for Toyota and Lexus in Canada. This full-time role is central to shaping the strategy and execution of the Digital Retailing Solution (DRS), driving innovation, enhancing functionality, and integrating digital solutions into TCI’s business model to elevate customer experience (CX). Working closely with cross-functional teams and Dealer partners, the Consultant will strengthen the connection between digital platforms and in-dealership experiences across both brands. In addition to leading strategic initiatives, this role will also contribute to reporting and insight development, offering a forward-looking perspective on emerging innovation opportunities within the evolving retail landscape.
