Job Title – Business Analyst
Location – Edmonton, Canada (Fully onsite)
Role Type – Direct Hire (Full-time)
- Must be a Canadian or United States citizen
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with a ticketing system (ideally Jira)
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a customer-facing environment
- Work onsite at the Edmonton office from 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM MST
- Use SQL and Jira (or similar ticketing systems) to manage and track business requirements and tasks
- Participate in projects within the “Codes and Records” vertical, involving sensitive government-related data
- Analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements and specifications
- Support internal stakeholders by creating documentation and process improvements
- Maintain excellent customer service standards while supporting software and service delivery
- Coordinate with internal developers and QA to ensure requirement fulfillment
- Open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
- Nice to have: experience in SaaS environments or within the government / public sector
