Qualifications

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the DCM workstream and support ECM.
- Own workstream and manage project scope.
- Engage with stakeholders including executives.

Work location: Toronto, ON; hybrid working (4 days/week)
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in capital markets or corporate/investment banking.
- Proven ability to own a workstream, manage scope, and drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Good understanding of Debt Capital Market (DCM) and Equity Capital Market (ECM)
- Familiarity on DCM processes (deal setup, documentation).
- Will lead the DCM workstream and support ECM
