Work location: Toronto, ON; hybrid working (4 days/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in capital markets or corporate/investment banking.
• Proven ability to own a workstream, manage scope, and drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Good understanding of Debt Capital Market (DCM) and Equity Capital Market (ECM)
• Familiarity on DCM processes (deal setup, documentation).
