Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives by translating business requirements into technical solutions aligned with ITIL and SDLC best practices. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & ServiceNow Delivery
  • Perform business analysis activities using ServiceNow to support IT service delivery.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with SDLC and ITIL frameworks.
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
  • Support and enhance ServiceNow CMDB using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Work across ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
  • Support implementations using ServiceNow Agile 2.0 and Service Portal.
Technology & Architecture Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Engineers to troubleshoot and refine solutions.
  • Apply working knowledge of application, infrastructure, and network architecture to support service delivery.
  • Contribute to configuration management practices that improve service reliability and visibility.
