Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent 5 years experience.
• 8+ years of professional IT experience in digital/PLM transformation.
• Experience in PLM system administration or configuration.
• Proficient in CAD, knowledgeable of BOM (EBOM, DBOM).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without authority.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and engineering simulations.
• Strong English and French communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Process Analyst on PLM projects offering technical expertise.
• Train and coach engineers on design standards and PLM methodologies.
• Provide operational support and resolve complex PLM issues.
• Maintain understanding of Bombardier’s PLM ecosystem.
• Conduct technology watch on PLM infrastructures.
• Lead creation of functional designs for IT standards.
• Collaborate with IT areas to deliver project outputs.
• Support project kickoffs and execution according to management frameworks.
• Develop process documentation and guidelines for consistent usage.
