Role Description

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for new and existing applications.
• Prepare Detailed Requirement Specification (DRS) documents, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define and document API requirements, including integration points and data flows.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and comply with organizational standards.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs and requirement validation sessions with stakeholders.
• Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement) and ensure user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases align with documented requirements.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
