- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) with excellent written and oral communication skills
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment
- Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
- Experience with Selenium and Java
