- Manage training and development strategies.
- Develop policies and procedures and attend to other management responsibilities.
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
- Analyze operating costs and other data.
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
- Enforce municipal and provincial regulations.
- Develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
- Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning.
Education
Education : Bachelor\'s degree
